Draw a hedgehog and ensure that the spikes are even spaced.
Write your problem in the centre of the hedgehog.
• Write and label the spikes with possible Responses, Actions and Solutions
• Whilst you are in this free flowing mode, you will hopefully obtain some new inspiration. Add these New Thoughts about the problem to spare spikes
Remember … when you are doing this there is nothing as a bad idea.
